Noah Alper, founder of Noah's Bagels, a large west coast bagel chain, took
the concept from a one-store location to a NASDAQ listed offering. He has
founded 5 other businesses as well. He is a motivational speaker with 25
years of business and non profit management experience. Noah has been a guest
lecturer at the Haas School of Business at the University of California,
Berkeley, the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and the
School of Business at Golden Gate University.

Experience / Accomplishments
Former Comptroller of the Currency and successful author of The Art of Astute
Investing, Todd has been a private advisor and bank president. He has also
been a consultant with McKinsey & Company, founding partner of Edgar, Dunn &
Company and a consulting partner with KPMG Peat Marwick. Todd has a degree
from Yale and an MBA in Finance from the Haas School of Business at the
University of California. He also serves as Chairman of the Investment
Committee of Starmont Asset Management Company.

Meg is an organizational development consultant, executive coach, program
designer and facilitator. Since 1988 she has specialized in helping

business results. She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and
startups, in high-tech, financial services, the oil industry insurance and

Dr. Joseph Farber
Experience / Accomplishments
Dr. Farber received his Medical degree from Jefferson Medical College,
Philadelphia. His ophthalmology residency was completed at the Hospital of
the University of Pennsylvania. He was Chief of Ophthalmology – Memorial
Hospital, San Leandro and President of the East Bay Eye Society plus numerous
other associations.

Roy J. Blitzer
Experience / Accomplishments
Roy is an Executive and Management consultant with over 28 years' experience
as a human resources and business management professional. He has an MBA in
Organizational Behavior from UC Berkeley and is an adjunct faculty member at
USF, San Jose State University and Menlo College. He has authored two books,
Office
Smarts and Find The Bathroom First; produces and hosts his own
television show, ASK “DR. BUSINESS; and speaks frequently at national
professional conferences.
